I’ve got bad news and good news.

GOOD NEWS

We got the mags. They’re gonna be on their way as soon as they payments are complete. Should take around 15 days from day of shipment to arrive here in the philippines.

BAD NEWS

6 copies are still pending. But they’re gonna try their best to secure it. If they can secure it then it’s gonna be shipped out as 2nd batch. And since it’s only 6 copies then it will be more expensive. I think around 250 peso.

PAYMENT

The mag with shipment costs – 200 pesos per mag —-> that’s excluding the shipment to your doorstep.

MAILING SYSTEM

If you want the express mail like LBC, AIR21, etc. then it’s gonna cost @ around 150 pesos. It would arrive 1-2 days after shipment.

If you prefer the snailmail. 50 pesos. will arrive after 5 days

Just email me your complete name, complete address, and contact number at that email address above and tell me what your mailing preference will be along with the confirmation slip photo/scan from the bank.

EX: you choose express mail. So the confirmation slip should say you deposited 350 pesos (200 for the mag+150 for the shipment to your doorstep) to Shine’s account.

Express mail 16 USD (should arrive within or after a week) + 4 USD for the mag = 20 USD

EX: If you ordered 2 magazines that would be for a total 24 USD (duh! lol. forgive me. haha)

snail mail to US/Canada – 8 USD per mag—> will arrive after 3 weeks

post office express mail to US/Canada – 19 USD per mag—> will arrive after 7 days

LBC to US/Canada – 26 USD for 1 mag; 31 USD for 2 mags —> will arrive 3-5 days

To clear confusion

The mags are gonna be sent to me here in Cebu. If you want to have it distributed via GT, tell me now so I can compute how many mags and how much the cost of the shipping will be. I will also need a volunteer to distribute the mag during the GT.

For snail mail it would prolly cost around 50 pesos? Anyway if express mail like LBC it would be 150 ANYWHERE. hehe.

During transfer of funds

You go inside the bank BPI or BDO. Then you ask the security guard where the deposit slip is. Then when you have the deposit slip fill out Sheena Marie S. La Rosa at the space provided for account name. Then the number I provided above is the account number. Then check the box that says deposit. Then there will be a breakdown for the money you brought with you. For example you brought 3 100-peso bills and 1 50-peso bill. So you’d write it like this. The ones in red will be the ones you will fill out. Remember this is only an example ayt? Refer to your cash breakdown

After filling out the form, stand in line at any teller then when it’s your turn give him/her the deposit slip that you filled out and the money (350). Then he/she will then ask you for 50 pesos (if BDO but if BPI i think there will be no service charge).

HERE’s A Suggestion

My.. this post is getting longer. Haha

Anyway how about you guys pay the 200 pesos first for the mags? So that they can be shipped here in the philippines as soon as we can pay them.

After the mags arrive then you decide if you want it distributed via GT or to your homes. Then you can send the payment for the shipment. –> BPI nalang so there won’t be a transaction fee.

So for those who opt for their mags to be distributed via GT. I can cover the cost for the shipment of the mag for the moment. Then you can divide the cost during the GT and pay it to the one in charge of the distribution (let’s say pet, feesh, joyce, or faye) so she can deposit it to me.

But for those who are sure na that they want it delivered at their homes, you can pay the full payment.

That’s why I need a pic/scan of the confirmation slip so I’d know who paid na. So please don’t forget. Thanks!
