No! I’m still waiting for the right moment. I think so many people want to rush things – they want to rush hanging out, they want to rush making out – and then it’s like they don’t even know the person they’re with.

I think girls get a bad rep for being emotional all the time. But I think a lot of guys are too. A lot of my guy friends, they really feel things deeply.

What else don’t girls know about guys?
Girls tend to blame themselves – even when the guy is the one who messed up. My girl friends will tell me about something a guy did, and I’m like ‘that’s not your fault.’ Sometimes guys are just dork faces. But girls don’t see it that way.

Why do you think that is?
Guys and girls think about relationships differently. Girls say a guy is ‘so sweet’ and analyze everything he does. And a guy is just like ‘yeah, she’s hot.’ That’s why you have to take it slow. People want to be in love so badly that they throw themselves in it, without stopping to figure out if it’s real

What would be your perfect Valentine’s Day?
I don’t think I’ve ever done anything on Valentine’s Day! But I think I’d like riding in a gondola. And then afterward going to get sherbet. I like to keep things light and fun!

Apparently David will be in the new Seventeen issue, answering questions about his love life and giving dating advice. It’s not on stands yet, but if you get the subscription, you should be getting it soon! Check it out, page 70.

ALTNOY Radio Mix?

Archfan from idf brought some good news that there’s going to be a new “radio mix” of ALTNOY to be released on January. He also says:

It has a few differences in it. Some strings have been added among other things.

Also, another idf-er says she did hear a “faster” version on youtube one time, but was taken down right away. Could it be the same “radio mix”?

An Award and Three Noms!

Our music prince received an awesome birthday gift from Magic 89.9!!!!  DAVID JAMES ARCHULETA was hailed as BREAKOUT ARTIST of the Year beating out Leona Lewis, The Ting- Tings and The Script!David garnered two (2) other nominations for Magic 89.9′s Year-end Awards 2008 held last December 28 . He was nominated for Idol Alumnus of the Year alongside Jordin Sparks, Carrie Underwood and David Cook (notice that he is the ONLY one who was not a winner). He was also one of the nominees for BEST MALE ARTIST alongside Cook, Ne-Yo and Chris Brown.

At first, i was disappointed when Cook won for Idol Alumnus but when Josh Strike mentioned that Breakout artist was DAVID and it was one of the MAJOR awards, i couldn’t help but be teary-eyed…surely, Archie proved his worth to the people in the music industry!!

As long as the birthday greetings are pouring in, we can say it’s still our DAVID’s BIRTHDAY.

Heck! If I had my way, his birthday would be a week or a month long celebration because HE is THAT AMAZING!

So here’s another beautiful archubirthday video put together by a group of US Arch Angels. This video made me tear up so I really hope David gets to see this because it is beautiful and awesome and amazing and just PERFECT! Plus there are a whole lot of familiar faces in this archuvid too!
