This is a totally random post, but whattheheck..
My iPod died (blame it on “My Hands” & “YEDL” from SLC) and so I gave it a rest. I dug into my huuuuuuge cd wallet and got my precious archuarchives, snickered a bit and placed it on the player. I thought to myself “This is how I should watch MORE tv” …
And as I was watching through David’s journey, I thank God for the lack of a hidden camera, because I would probably look like a total retard, grinning ear to ear the entire time!
The auditions.. what the judges had to say…. nervous David… happy David.. Shop Around David… David sitting on the floor refusing to pick sides… Piano Man David… Imagine David… Gaaaaaaaaah.
He’s grown so much! He lost the Archu hand (bahahha) .. he stopped the archulick… He’s grown into a performer, into an artist, into a much more confident David..
But looking back at the old videos after having seen his latest ones (a million times), I can say he’s the SAME David we love… sweet, charming, humble, grateful…
I remember when Obi told me “He’s grown so much. He’s VERY confident now… but still very humble.”
Wow! How many persons can stay that way after all the fame and success?
Only our David.
And I can’t wait to see him face to face! Please let it be May16 already!

Yeah, he has changed for the better, he’s now a fashion icon. I read somewhere, can’t remember, that he is the best dressed at the Kids Choice Award. I sure concur.
Look at his get up during the audition of Waiting On the World to Change and compare that to how, big change. He already has the “X” or “IT” factor then, still the same today, but the way he carries himself now in terms of his wardrobe shows a big big change. But he still is the same cute and adorable Archie we know. That never changed. And never will. Ed Canada
