A Headcount Is Needed. Okay guys, here’s the deal, Penguin (publisher) and NBS need the headcount, that means the number of people who wish to buy the book. (Cost-efficiency issues. We know, we know.)

If There’s a Book-signing and You’re Outside the Metro? Do not worry, the AP people will represent you and have your books signed, and then send it out to you. (Cost of book and shipping yours) Further details will be discussed WHEN and ONLY IF the book signing comes to fruition. So for now, please DO NOT ASK details as to when and where to send money, or claim your copies. We’ll cross the bridge when we get there, ayt?

International/Asian Archangels? If you wish to let the AP people purchase and have your copy signed for you, let us know. Please read further, and send us an email as well, with “International/Asian Archie” as the subject.

Purchasing More Than One? Please indicate the number of books you wish to purchase by sending an email with the subject “Purchasing (writehowmanyhere) books“.

Okay, so last we heard, NBS changed their mind, and might shoulder only any and all other expenses except the PLANE FARE. We’re trying to coordinate with people and and trying to come up with ideas so this could push through. NO PROMISES, guys. We’ll do what we can. For now, we just need a headcount. Okay, so National Bookstore IS WILLING to shoulder accomodation and fare for a possible book signing. I believe we will need a headcount for this, then. We need to atleast know a rough count of those who WILL REALLY buy the book, and possible attend the book signing, if ever it happens.

To make things easier, AP will need a headcount of those who WILL want to purchase David’s book. This could help us arrange for a discount in the price, and of course, facilitate the “book-signing”.

My Twitter friend @Mhel143_FOD gave me her friend’s contact details who works in National Bookstore’s purchasing department. I e-mailed her yesterday & here’s her reply:

“Thanks for your email.
Yes, we already received inquiries of the above.
The book will be retailed at P869.00 and release sked is set on May 2010.
