Day 2 of the Archuweek!

May 13, 2009 was the announced “meet & greet” at the SM Moa Atrium, and so as soon as the gates opened, the Pinoy Archies came rushing in like mad and purchased their “green” bags as passes to the event.

The tension as the floors filled up with people grew more and more, and the excitement was getting unbearable. THIS WOULD BE THE FIRST TIME THE FILIPINO NATION WOULD SEE DAVID ARCHULETA -- his smile, his eyes,  his laugh -- IN ALL HIS GLOWING GLORY, OR GLORIOUS GLOW (either works).

As JR4DA said,

I was tearing up at this point cos of the adoration being shown David. Was so happy for him. Was ecstatic that he will know for himself how much love my country holds for him!

DJ’s FANBOYING Over David!

After the M&G, the jocks who were w/ David on stage had gone soft (LOL) and fanboyed over David. Gotta love all their comments on the fans’ LOVE !

The M&G on Local News

Translation: While DC was missing in action the whole day, DA was “over hyper”. In fact, he even went malling to promote his concert at MOA this May16. He also showed to his fans the new Filipino words he has learned.

David: Mahal kita…… MAHAL KITA..
Fans: SCREAMS OF EPIC PROPORTIONS
David: GIGGLES BREAKING ALL SCALES OF ADORABLE-NESS.
David: Salamat po..

The wait took FOREVER. AND EVER. AND EVER. AND EVER AGAIN. EVER.
His appearance on stage took about approximately 5 minutes. (Meet & Greet turned Greet & Bye)
And the screaming went on and on and on and on.
But the adoration and love for THE Archuleta remained strong, even a year after.

And this will continue for life.
